I need to add accommodations to my IAP, who do I contact?

If you need to add accommodations to your IAP, please make an appointment with an Accessibility Advisor on the “Book an Appointment” page, visit us in Learner Success Services or call 403 410 1440

Am I able to change my accommodations at any point during the term?

Yes you can change your accommodations but you need to see an Accessibility Advisor to discuss and together you will re-send your IAP to your instructors. My instructor did not get my IAP, what do I do?

If your instructor has gone onto the instructor portal and your IAP isn’t there, please contact Accessibility Services or have the instructor contact us at accessibility@bowvalleycollege.ca

My instructor has questions about my accommodations that I can’t answer, who do they contact?

Please have the instructor contact an Accessibility Advisor or email accessibility@bowvalleycollege.ca
